Delivery

We process and ship orders every day except Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery method:
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta to the branch or parcel locker of your choice during checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or message with a tracking number.

Delivery time:
1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery cost:
Paid by the customer upon receipt, according to the official rates of Nova Poshta, which can be found here:

• Parcels are stored at Nova Poshta branches free of charge for up to 5 business days.
• After that, the order is automatically returned to the sender.
• We recommend tracking your parcel using the Nova Poshta website or mobile app.
